Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed into a Google account on your device. If you see an error immediately after tapping "Sign in with Google," try closing and reopening the app once — this clears a stale session on some devices. If it still fails, email us at hello@4spire.in with your device type (iPhone/Android) and we'll look into it.
Double-check the number, including country code. SMS delivery can occasionally take a minute — wait before requesting a new code, since requesting too quickly can delay delivery further. If nothing arrives after a couple of minutes, try again or switch to Google sign-in if you have a Google account linked.
Open the shift you want to give up and request a swap. Anyone else on the schedule can accept it — once they do, the assignment updates for both of you automatically and everyone on the schedule is notified. No admin approval needed.
Check two places: in Bari, go to Profile and confirm the Notifications toggle is on. Then check your phone's system settings (Settings → Notifications → Bari on iOS, or Settings → Apps → Bari → Notifications on Android) to make sure Bari has permission at the OS level — Bari can't send notifications if the OS has that permission turned off, even if the in-app toggle is on.
Go to Profile → Delete Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently purged after a 30-day grace period. Full details, including what happens to a schedule you own, are in our Privacy Policy.
You're removed from the rotation and stop receiving notifications for that schedule. If you're the sole admin, ownership passes to the earliest-joined remaining member so the schedule keeps running for everyone else.
No. A schedule is only visible to the members who've joined it via an invite. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what's collected and how it's used.
Email hello@4spire.in with what happened and, for bugs, your device type and what you were doing right before it occurred — that context makes it much faster to track down.
